Pitch a Meetup

Have a fan meetup or photoshoot idea worthy of the Night Court? Romancing Portland is looking for romantasy fans ready to create moments that feel straight out of your favorite read! The historic Sentinel is a fantastic backdrop for book lovers to pose, so why not help us to curate a photoshoot schedule for fans by fans!

  • All applications must be submitted by June 11, 2026
  • Applicants will be notified no later than July 2, 2026 regarding the status of your application
  • All applicants and participants must be at least 18 years of age by September 11, 2026

How Many Panelists Will Be Participating In Your Program, including yourself?(Required)
An approved Romancing Portland panel comes with up to 6 passes for you and your panelists. These passes are only for those actually participating in the program.

Accommodations and Agreements

Panelist Agreements(Required)
I understand that I must request any special AV needs at least 6 weeks before the event, and that special requests are not guaranteed. I understand that I should arrive to my program at least 15 minutes ahead of time and request AV assistance as soon as possible. I understand that Romancing Portland does not pay panelist speaking or appearance fees nor does it cover panelist travel, lodging, or meals. I agree that if accepted as a panelist, I will abide by all Romancing's policies. I understand that, if accepted, Romancing Portland reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of my programming at any time. I understand that, if accepted, previously purchased tickets will not be refunded.
