I’m A.J. Braun, an independently published author by night and a Social Worker by day. It probably comes as no surprise that with this combination, I find human nature and how we structure our world deeply fascinating, thought-provoking, and often heart-wrenching.

In my fantasy & romance stories, you’ll find deep dives into complex characters shaped by their world, relationships, and life experiences, as well as rich lore that usually functions as the story’s main plotline (creepy magic systems, an overabundance of hot & violent fae males—you name it).

And as a hopeless romantic myself, there will ALWAYS be anywhere between a dash and an abundance of romance unfolding in my stories. I must ALWAYS have agonizing yearning fulfilled with some deliciously spicy scenes in any and all my stories—whether I write or read them (adults only—sorry kiddos).
