Please fill out the Direct Deposit information below and attach a W-9 so our Finance team can add you as a supplier in our system.

You can earn $10 for every Romancing Portland Saturday, Sunday, or Ball ticket that is purchased using your custom Promo Code. To receive a payout, you must sell a minimum of five (5) total tickets. If fewer than three (3) tickets are sold using your custom code, no payment will be issued.

Payouts will be no later than November 15, 2026, as long as you have accurately completed all sections of the form below and have verified your bank information on the phone with our Finance Team. Please note, they may identify themselves as LeftField Media or as our parent company, Clarion Events.
